About me

I’m also a Tinker of cloth and paper

One of my latest passions is making Abundance Flags!

In making these flags, I embrace beauty and grace. I love the colors and patterns, a visual delight!

There is a cathartic release to rip the cloth, a meditative moment listening to music when I bead, and a time on the floor for stretching when I pin the pieces to the cord.

The Flag Sets come in 3 sizes (see below). Each is unique. Some are beaded and painted; all are handcrafted and hand-torn.

The fabrics include batik, solid colors, and recycled cloth. Each set is made with care, affection, and appreciation for the beauty of Humanity and Gaia.

It is best to hang them away from direct sunlight, inside or outside, for decorative or spiritual enjoyment. Overlap several strands for a beautiful display of color and pattern.

Hang them in a way that they can flutter across a bedroom wall, in a window, from a shelf, in a tree, on a fence, above a doorway, in a camping area, or a meditation area.

Allow the threads to blow away to land in a bird’s nest. As the threads unravel, they are thought to allow good intentions, wishes, and prayers to drift through the air.

As a creative designer who enjoys collaborative working environments, my clients appreciate my attention to detail. Allow me to tactfully and persuasively keep your project focused. I am independent, self-motivated, decisive, and multi-task effectively in high-pressure, dead-line driven environments.

Skill Set

The sites I build are created with premium WordPress templates, assuring ease and solid function. My design tools are Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Products: social media graphics, ads, flyers, business cards, montages, and electronic books via Blurb. Macintosh work environment.
